New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi today released a Rs 20 lakh crore package to tide more than the COVID-19 crisis & its fallout on the economy. India would not soon be controlled by the infection, he stated, also announcing “lock-down 4” afterwards May 17 in a “completely different form”, from fresh rules.
This special economic package, equivalent to almost ten per cent of India’s GDP, would soon be the main component of “Aatma Nirbhar Bharat” or self-reliant India, the PM stated, addressing the country meant for the 3rd time from he released a total lock-down in late March.
