Mumbai (Bombay): A fire erupted in a 10-floor commercial apartment in South Mumbai (Bombay) early Wed. in the morning, a fire brigade officer said.
No casualty has been recorded, he stated.
The fire erupted in about four am on the 1st floor of the apartment located in Maker Chamber-One in South Mumbai (Bombay).
“The blaze has been recorded on the 1st floor of the apartment’s report room, server room & electric wiring,” the officer said.
5 fire engines & as numerous jumbo tankers have been dashed to the location & the flames have been doused after regarding 3 hours, he stated.
The cause of the fire is not yet well-known, he stated.
This is the 2nd main blaze recorded within the metropolis in under a week.
On Sat., a fire erupted in a shopping mall in suburban Borivali, however there has been no casualty, an officer previously stated.
