Nellore: Tirupati MP Balli Durga Prasad Rao passes away in Apollo hospitals in Chennai on Wed. in the evening.
He was ailing for sometime & has been moved to Chennai 15 days back for best medication. He has been a staunch follower of previous Minister N Srinivasulu Reddy & provided as Minister in NTR’s Govt.
He’s from Gudur within the dist. & provided as a legislator throughout 1985-1989, & between 1994 & 2014 for 4 times. He also provided as Minister for Primary Education between 1996 & 1998 & also as Member of People Accounts Committee between 2009 & 2014.
Within the previous elections, he contested from YSR Congress party & elected as MP from Tirupati Lok Sabha seat.
