Hyderabad: Congress takes out candle march against agri bills

Hyderabad(Hyd): Telangana (TL) Congress on Thu. taken out a candle march here over the 3 farm invoices moved by this Parliament just recently.

Talking to ANI, Congress leader Anil Kumar Yadav stated, “Just recently BJP moved 3 farm invoices. The policy of these invoices states that the farmers of India(In) can’t work (5) as per their own going to. The corporates going to decide what a farmer should grow & the lands going to be under their own curb.”

“India(In) is a nation of farmers, who were helping to the development (devt) of this nation. However the Center is trying to starve the farmers by handing over their own farmlands to the corporates,” he stated.


During this just recently concluded monsoon session of Parliament, the 2 Homes moved the Farmer’s Generate Trade & Commerce (Promotion & Facilitation) Bill, 2024 & the Farmers (Empowerment & Protection) Settlement of Cost Assurance & Farm Solutions Bill, 2024.

A bill to amend the Vital Commodities Act has been also moved.
