In a case to Bhemganjmandi PS (police station) sent by post on Thu., the lady has charged the dad, an staff with the Indian Railways, of repeatedly raping her in house, & in places where he has been published, they stated.
She also has claimed that her dad attempted to sexually harass her younger sister on a no. of occasions, a police officer said.
The lady has written that her mom understood regarding the carry out of her dad, however has been not been able to break her silence as she herself has been a sufferer of national violence, the officer said.
On the basis of the lady’s case, the charged has been booked under different sections of the Indian Penal Code & within the Protection of Kids from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, he stated.
He was arrested for questioning however not detained yet, the officer added further.
The lady has been sent for medical exam & her announcement going to be reported before a magistrate on Sep 28, police officer said.
