As per the FIR registered on Wed. by this mom of the lady, the incident occurred last Sat. when the minor has been on her way to house after participating to nature’s call, police officer said.
The lady’s mom has also lodged a complaint over the gram pradhan & some of the remaining for threatening her family (4).
The medical exam of the lady didn’t affirm rape, police officer said.
The 19-year-old charged is undergoing medication in a private hospital (3) & is yet to be detained, they stated.
Interrogations are going on, police officer said.
